Frequently asked questions
Do I have to take the level test?
No. It helps us choose your group and programme, but you can enrol without it — your teacher will confirm your level in the first lesson.
Can I pay with a card issued by a Russian bank?
Online payment providers generally do not accept cards issued in Russia. That is why we always offer bank transfer as an alternative.
In which language can I talk to the school?
In Russian, Spanish or English — by email, WhatsApp or Telegram.
Can I study online from another country?
Yes. Online lessons take place by video call; all you need is a computer or phone and a stable connection.
